Ambhraj Yadav Joins Addy AI as Head of Growth

You know how you meet someone and just get a gut feeling they're the right person for the job? That's exactly how I felt the first time I spoke with Ambhraj Yadav. I immediately knew we had to get him on our team.

Today I'm excited to share that Ambhraj has joined Addy AI, the agentic AI platform built for mortgage lending, as our Head of Growth. He started on September 7, 2026, the same day Anthony Savala joined as our EVP of Sales.

Speed to execution

What I admire most about Ambhraj is his speed to execution. He approaches a problem head-on, quickly understands every detail and executes flawlessly. At a company moving as fast as Addy, that is everything.

A builder at the intersection of AI and mortgage

Ambhraj joins us from Feather (YC S22), where he was part of the founding team and later Head of Revenue, leading growth at a platform handling millions of voice agent interactions for the mortgage industry. He has seen firsthand what happens when AI agents take real work off the plates of loan officers and their borrowers.

Before Feather, he was on the founding sales team at Humantic AI. Earlier, he co-founded ACE Card and led it as CEO, a rewards startup that onboarded 10,000 users in beta and partnered with more than 100 merchants. He started his career closing deals at WeWork and Zoom.

That mix of founder, operator and seller is rare. So is his voice in our industry: more than 12,000 people follow Ambhraj on LinkedIn, where he writes about how AI is changing mortgage lending.

What Ambhraj will lead

As Head of Growth, Ambhraj owns the engine that brings Addy to more lenders and helps our customers get more from it every month. That includes:

  • Brand, content and social distribution across Addy and our leadership team

  • Our events program and presence at industry conferences

  • Strategic partnerships and advisors

  • Programs that help Addy grow inside the lenders who already use it

AI agents for the whole borrower journey

Ambhraj's focus mirrors ours. Mortgage has plenty of point solutions that fix one step and leave the rest of the file in pieces. We are building AI agents for mortgage lenders that cover the entire borrower journey, from the first borrower conversation and document collection to pre-underwriting, conditions and clear to close, right inside systems like Encompass and MeridianLink.

"Every mortgage company is going to run on AI agents. The question is who they trust to build them. I joined Addy because it has the rare mix of real mortgage DNA, a product lenders use every day and a team that ships fast. Our goal is simple: make Addy the coolest AI startup in mortgage and take it all the way to a unicorn."

What's next

Ambhraj has already hit the ground running, and you will see his work across Addy's channels, including this blog, at industry events and in the conversations we have with lenders every day. I'm super excited to see what we build together.

Welcome to the team, Ambhraj!
