We’re not members of the Better Business Bureau (and never have been) so I was a little surprised to find that they have a profile on us.  Apparently the BBB maintains information and gives ratings to any business, including complaints filed against them.  Which makes a lot of sense, I suppose, since scumbag businesses aren’t exactly likely candidates to pay for a BBB membership.

What surprised me even more was the fact that we have an A+ rating with the BBB, their top rating!  The fact that we’ve been around for almost 18 years with not a single complaint has a lot to do with that, I’m sure.  I’m super-pleased to find our long-term record of customer satisfaction and ethical business practices being recognized.
