SHIPPING AND CHARGES
Should you
purchase a puppy and need to have it shipped, you are responsible for the
air fare, health certificate and crate for your puppy. We can ship
by Delta or Northwest from our airport (GSP). To use other airlines may
require that we travel a great distance to another state. This can be arranged
provided the purchaser agrees to pay additional traveling expenses. Since
gas prices have fluctuated so much recently, there has been constant and
dramatic price changes for airfare with some airlines. To make things simple,
we can ship your selection with Delta or Northwest with the airfare "collect".
This means you have to pay for the airfare on your end when you pick up
your puppy before they will give you possession of the animal. Should we
be required to use an alternative airline, we will have to call to get
a price for the airfare. The health certificate for animals inside the
US and Canada is $40. The crate (size 100) will be $15. So you can add
the total of $55 to the sales price of the animal.

HOW
DO I RESERVE A CHIHUAHUA PUPPY?
WE
ASK THAT A CONFIRMATION WITH A DEFINITE "YES" WITH A NAME, ADDRESS, AND
PHONE NUMBER BE E-MAILED TO US. IF THE PUPPY WILL REQUIRE SHIPPING, ALSO
INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE AIRPORT WHERE YOU WILL PICK IT UP. WE WILL THEN
PUT SALE PENDING
UNDER THAT PICTURE. THIS WILL HOLD YOUR CHOICE FOR ONE WEEK (7 DAYS ONLY)
FROM THE DATE OF YOUR CONFIRMATION. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO
GET A DEPOSIT OF AT LEAST $200 TO US IN THAT TIME. PLEASE
NOTE THAT DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU BACK OUT OF THE SALE.
WE CONSIDER A CONFIRMATION THE SAME AS A CONTRACT.
THE
BALANCE IS DUE BY THE TIME THE PUPPY IS 12 WEEKS OLD SO SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
CAN BE MADE. IF THE PUPPY OF CHOICE IS ALREADY 12 WEEKS OR OLDER, THE TOTAL
PRICE SHOULD BE SENT UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AHEAD OF TIME.
IF
YOU HAVE TO SEND THE DOG OR PUPPY BACK: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR EXPENSES TO RETURN A PURCHASE. AFTER
RECEIVING YOUR DOG OR PUPPY, SHOULD IT BE NECESSARY TO RETURN IT, THE COST
OF SHIPPING (AIRFARE, HEALTH CERTIFICATE, OR CRATE) WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY
OF THE PURCHASER. WE ALSO ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR VET BILLS WHILE
THE ANIMAL IS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE PURCHASER. |
