Data Center Facilities

Our servers are located within an earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete structure shared by MCI and AT&T "super-node" facilities. Emergency 911 services are routed through the same building, so it has been designated an "essential" facility assuring priority scheduling in the event of power outages.

In addition to normal UPS battery backups, extended power outages are easily covered by the dual 2-million-watt diesel generators with 20,000 gallon fuel reserves.

In the unlikely event of massive destruction where the facility is destroyed, emergency fallback facilities are available in Florida, Texas, and Pennsylvania where all services could be quickly reconstituted.
