  • Due to harvest conditions, we do not guarantee that any of products that are derived from nature will have the same smell, color, consistency, etc. from batch to batch.
  • Awareness of the proper use of the products sold here remains the responsibility of the customer. A Garden Eastward accepts no responsibility for the misuse of any of its products. By accepting this disclaimer, you agree that A Garden Eastward is not liable for problems that arise from your storage and use of any products or final products that you make using ingredients purchased from A Garden Eastward.
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
    You will be charged the UPS rate. The UPS rate is what UPS charges us for the weight of the package. The rate shown on the shopping cart will only be correct if your package ends up weighing what the shopping cart shows. If it weighs more, the shipping will be more than shown. If the package weighs less, the shipping will be less than
    International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
    Our usual processsing time is 1-3 business days. You may request expedited processing on the order form later on. The fee for this is 10% of the subtotal.
    Our preferred shipper is UPS. We will ship by mail at your special request with the understanding that we cannot track your package, and that you will not be refunded until the post office refunds us for lost packages or damage. In some cases, we have seen it take months to get a refund. Enter your request for mail shipping under "special instructions" on the order form with the shipping method (such as priority mail, parcel post, etc.) We do not ship COD.

  • BACKORDERS:
    Backorders are subject to the regular shipping fees.

  • PICKUPS:
    We are not accessible to the public for pickups.

  • UPS/USPS DAMAGE CLAIMS:
    If your package arrives in anything but pristine condition, it is UPS or USPS damage. Save all the carton and its contents. Contact A Garden Eastward via email concerning damage claims. UPS will send someone to inspect the package. We cannot replace damaged merchandise without this UPS inspection.
  • REFUNDS/RETURNS:
    We have a no-refund, no-return policy. We cannot resell a product once you have received it. If in doubt about an item, you are advised to order the smallest size offered.
  • ADD-ONS/DISPUTES:
    You are advised to print out and read your final order confirmation. If there is anything you want to add or delete, email immediately, and the changes will be made. Your order will be filled according to the information we receive from the shopping cart service. You will need your order print-out to dispute any claims.
  • ORDER TRACKING:
    Please save your UPS email notification. You will need the tracking number to track your package. If you do not receive your package on the date specified, visit www.ups.com to track down your package.
